Review: I recieved a Gift Voucher from a relative for SPA Treatment, natUreal Wellness Spa: One fifty (50) Minute Swedish Massage Treatment, purchased through LivingSocial, voucher number [redacted]. Purchased by [redacted], New York, Purchased on: May 11, 2014 (Mother's Day Gift) Enjoy by November 19, 2014, Expires May 11, 2019.

I called the SPA on Thursday, September 18, 2014 and spoke with a young lady , who refused to give her name, to schedule the SPA Services. I was told they are not honoring the [redacted] Vouchers.

a. Will not honor certificate for services to be rendered purchased through a second party

b. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

c. Would not give the name of herself or the owner

d. Offered NO RESOLUTION

e. Portrayed a "OH WELL ATTITUDE"

f. Hung up phone on customerDesired Settlement: Refund to the person who purchased the Gift Certificate, DO NOT WANT SERVICES SUPPLIED BY THEM, again very unprofessional small business and a letter of apology to clients.

Review: This business advertised a [redacted] deal for $30 for a 50 min Swedish massage that is usually $65. I bought a deal on February 14, 2014 that expires June 15, 2014. I tried to schedule an appointment on May 20, 2014 for May 23, 2014 online using the special [redacted] option that was on the website. There were no appointments available until June 18, 2014. But when I look on the available appointments for customers that are paying the full price, there are numerous appointments available as soon as May 22, 2014. I called the business and spoke to [redacted] to try to make an appointment for a date earlier than June 18, 2014. I was told that I could only schedule appointments online and those were the only ones available despite having openings for massages prior to the June 18th date. By that time my [redacted] deal would be expired and she offered me no recourse other than I could pay the remaining amount ($35) when I do schedule an appointment.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology and acknowledgment from the business of their wrong doing. Due to her rude disposition, I do not want a replacement or rescheduled appointment.
