The customer may have mistaken the 30 day supply printed on the label as a trial period. Shipping information is also provided to customers to help track delivery. the Customer, as our records indicate that the Customer was not charged according to their complaint. Our records indicate that the customer was charged for shipping charges on 10/7/17 in the amount of $10.94. The Customer’s trial was extended to 11/11/17, however the Customer called on 11/6/17 to cancel her order which we do confirm is canceled. There has been no other charges billed to the Customer after that and the amount that they are requesting does not match our product. Because of that, we feel that the Customer may be seeking resolution for a different product that is not ours. We ask that you please correct this misrepresentation of our product on the Revdex.com website, and recommend the consumer contact the other Company that has billed them. Thank you,Customer Service
