Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedI do however dispute their reasoning given in their response, I have provided the screenshot of the tracking number before they mailed it out on TuesdayThe sticker they printed out themselves with my address on the order envelope shows it was printed out on Saturday May 28, 2016; making it impossible for them to have shipped it on Friday May when I ordered like they claim with the story of the order getting held up by the post officeNonetheless, once I verify the funds are cleared to my account I will mark the complaint as resolved Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] placed the order on Friday with USPS Express tracking number: [redacted] The number specifically shows day Express which is what [redacted] paid forDon't know where he got days fromIt was shipped out on Friday, but since it was Memorial Day weekend, USPS always lags during Holiday which we can't controlAlso since we ship over orders a day, USPS writes up a single manifest so tracking only updates when it reaches the central sorting center With that said, we did refund [redacted] that total cost of shipping ( see attached ) and he expressed to us that we will be closing out this case Thank you

The number specifically shows 1 day Express which is what [redacted] paid for. Don't know where he got 2 days from.
It was shipped out on Friday, but since it was Memorial Day weekend, USPS always...
