My wife and I met the owner at his Mississauga store with an appointment and discussed the different types of beds he could supplyHe was very helpful and spent as much time as we needed to make a decision based on our needsWe felt very comfortable with John and placed our order before leaving He promised us that the bed would be delivered within or days and we received our bed the next day As we have not yet slept on it I can not comment on the comfort of the bed, but it is natural latex, which is exactly what I wanted for our health so I am very happy

We were delighted to find somewhere that sold latex mattresses We were able to try out the mattresses and speak with John, the owner about which mattress would suit our needs Ordering was easy , with John's help and the mattress was delivered in a timely manner I can't wait to sleep on our new Green Tea mattress

I'm in Edmonton Alberta and I ordered a Naturelle latex mattress and I could not be happier with it. For years I'd been waking up each night at 3 or 4 am and now I sleep comfortably through the night . I like to read in bed and now I can lie on my side with my laptop or book and read for hours without having my hip hurt or my spine feel out of whack. My latex mattress is cozier and comfier than any mattress I have ever experienced, and I wish I'd bought one years ago. I will be purchasing toppers for my kids in the years to come from this company. 5 stars!!!

I was in contact with the company to aquire a product to assist with chronic pain relief, product was recommended and a return was offered if not suitable. Product was not so I returned it via Canada Post verified delivery however no refund after 6 phone calls an 12 emails..so be warned.

Naturelle Organic Beds does get 5 stars from me, as the quality of the whole package, including the very straight forward ordering process and excellent help in choosing the right product far exceeded our expectation. I had shopped around for a healthy mattress and have scrutinized other latex mattresses in stores for some time, but prices were far out of reach. I was investigating ways to purchase latex mattress components and sew my own covers so I could meet our budget, when I came across Naturelle's website. I was skeptical about the affordability of their mattresses, since I couldn't even find components for the price. Never mind added wool and zippered plush organic cotton covers that rival any upscale covers I saw on mattresses double the money. Low and behold, we took a leap and ordered two mattresses, one being juvenile at an amazing price for a total amount still beating the quotes I had from other retailers for one unit. The website cuts latex science to the essentials and John's follow-up call came promptly to discuss preferences. Shipping across the country was very affordable and a breeze, and when they arrived we were amazed by the quality being nothing less than the much more expensive competitors we had seen.
