We were unsuccessful inascertaining the product information because the packaging had been thrown away.For the record, it was Mrs.[redacted] that used the product and experienced a temporary burningsensation, not Mr.[redacted]. Evidently she has encountered similar reactions to other products in thepast.Mr.[redacted] agreed to a $5.00 refund and stated that he was satisfied with the way the complaint washandled.
