Nature's Alternatives

Do't believe the bad review. Natures Alternatives have been swamped with orders of the Purple plates and do their best to deliver them ASAP. Somethimes they are out of stock and they need to be produced first. Great company, if you have to wait remember there are competitors they don't want you to purchase these great products.

It took about 1.5 months for my order to be delivered, and incomplete at that.
During that time I sent multiple emails to Nature's Alternatives with no reply.

I finally had to submit a complaint to Paypal, and I got part of my order delivered.
The undelivered part was refunded.

I thought there was a problem with the order, but just miscommunication. Happpy with my purchase and the site.

I made a couple of orders on june 13th and I live in Canada. I know it can take longer to ship here but 1.5 months and it still says processing. Emailed a few weeks ago and still no response. Order is paid through paypal and will send a complaint to them soon if I don't hear back from nature'salternatives soon.

I am concerned that I may be charged for the wrong item that I was sent that I do not order and do not want, but I do not want to pay the shipping fee to send back the item and risk not being reimbursed for returning the item that was erroneously sent to me. I've contacted the company, and the costumer representative said they would be happy to send me a label, but there has been no follow through.

sending the wrong dropship item, and that the correct item had been sent. The complainant responded on 10-31 with thanks that she had received the correct item. The matter is considered resolved.

that the request to send him a new headset would be made that day. All necessary information was forwarded to the manufacturer for the new headset to be sent. Mr. [redacted] later reported he had not received the headset much to our surprise. We stated we would follow up with the manufacturer. The manufacturer failed to send the headset and Mr. [redacted] requested a refund.
