This is our follow up response to the consumer complaint filed against our company in March 2014. As we mentioned in our first response, we emailed the customer on March 6th letting him know that he can return the coconut oil and get a full refund. The email that was sent is as follows ; ( Hello [redacted], sorry for the delayed response. We ship over 100 tons of coconut oil per year. Our product has a rich coconut taste which is different than most oils. Please return the product to us and we will send you a full refund...) Apparently, after speaking to the customer on the phone, he informed us that he never received the email, hence the confusion. We are refunding the customer in full. However, we strongly disagree with the customers stated opinion about the quality and taste of our coconut oil. We ship over 100 tons of coconut oil per year, every customer response that we have received over the past years is how wonderful our coconut oil I s and how great it tastes. Our coconut oil is organic and grown in the Fiji Islands. I have personally handed out samples of our coconut oil at industry trade shows receiving nothing but positive feedback as to the taste and quality. We at Nature's Approved are happy that this matter has been resolved, hopefully, to the customers satisfaction.

I do not agree at all that this product is healthy or edible. When I tried to cook with this product, I had to throw my food out, because it was making me sick. I have purchased coconut oil for years without any problems, but this coconut oil is disgusting. I am completely dissatisfied with this product. If it sells so well, then please allow me to send it all back for a refund. This product sells only because it is cheap. It is not the quality organic coconut oil it is advertised to be. Maybe it can be used to make soap and things of that nature, but I do understand how it can be sold as a food product. If people are really happy with this coconut oil, why are there not reviews on your website? I could not get any feedback on this product before purchasing it. I may have been able to avoid the mistake of this purchase if I could have received feedback. Again, I am dissatisfied with this product, I feel ripped off, and I would like my money refunded.

We sell over 100 tons a year of coconut oil to happy customers. The taste is different and as it is from Fiji and no processes are the same, it has a different taste. It also has more plant sterols and flavonoids including proanthocyanidins than most others , thus making it healthier.
