Nature's Beauty Tree Service, LLC Reviews (3)

Sorry it took so long to get back to you guys.  But the customer [redacted] was present the first time we trimmed his tree and originally there was only six or seven dead branches total that he wanted taken off of his maple tree in the front yard.  He called me and told me we missed like...

two branches.  I also told him I will stop back by there the next time I was in the area he sent me two text messages for the reminder.  I had another job directly behind his house on the next street over and when my company went to trim that guy's dead tree I sent them back over to [redacted]'s house to touch up any deadwood that we seen. You can see all the fresh cuts on the tree. Which is much more than 6 or 7 branches we originally where dealing with.  He also told me that we did not come back out there and I told [redacted] I have no reason to lie to him we were on the very next street.  Also I have another customer that I told I would prove her Mapletree and two weeks later when I came back to do the job the tree was dying off probably due to the lack of rain we had this summer. So I called her and I told her I don't feel comfortable with taking off the extra part of the tree that looks like it was starting to die out. She understood and she did say I did noticed that. So due to the weather I truly believe more branches off of [redacted] tree was continuing to die out. That is what we experience with [redacted] job. We never take advantage or try to beat anyone. We came back when we were in the area.

Business response taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff (**) Mr. H[redacted] refunded the consumer $200.00 of the job on 9/27/2016. He is also asking the consumer provide a estimate within the next 7 days to the business (No later than 10/6/2016) with specifics for the removal of the remaining dead branches from another business that specializes in tree pruning. This documentation requested will provide the business peace of mind as he feels the complainant is not acknowledging the pruning already performed by the business.   Mr. H[redacted] is asking the consumer acknowledge in his rebuttal the additional dying branches seen by both business and consumer on 9/27/2016.The business has also indicated the tree seems to be in distress due to heat and conditions of the summer of 2016. Ideally the business is seeking the consumer pay for the job performed. He knows he has performed more than $100.00 worth of work and is seeking compensating  or a job done.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
[redacted]
Mr. H[redacted] says that he will stop by and take a look. In the past couple of months he has said in text messages that I still have that he would remove the dead branches that his men missed. He says he will come and then does not show up. I would like a specific day and time in the next week for Mr. H[redacted] to meet with me. Mr. H[redacted] seems to be dragging this out over the past 3 months. I think this is a strategy he is doing to avoid removing these branches.I do not want Mr. H[redacted] doing any work at my house without me being present.
