I contacted the company, who turned out to be third party billing and would not give me the name of the " actual" company and the runaround about why I was charged. something about a trial period, which was not listed anywhere in the literature, and from what I can see - I am not the only one!
full refund for BOTH DEBITS of 94.00 each ..

Can you please reply with the full name, email-address and/or phone number used to place the order or order# from the confirmation email? Can you provide us with the first 6 and last 4 of the credit card that was charged? This would be the most accurate method of determining if you have an account.
Was the order placed using a different name or address? Some customers will use a family members name for the order
Can you type the name of the product as listed on the bottle exactly as it's printed?

Shipping un ordered products and un authorized withdraw from my debit card.
On Nov.19 2018 I ordered a free trial of CBD oil for $4.95. I was then asked if I wanted to also purchase some hemp cream which I declined but was sent and charged another $4.95 for it. I recited the oil and cream approximately 5-7 days later. Then on Nov. 30 I noticed a unauthorized withdrawal from my debit card for $187.34. It appears they are sending me a large order of CBD oil and hemp cream. I didn't order this, I don't want this and it has to stop. I contacted company and cancelled any and all future orders and asked for $187.34 to be refunded and they refused.

I have contact this company on 3 different occasions telling them to stop sending their product. After the third time they stopped for a couple of months. Now they have started it again. My bank wont stop the payments because I have to prove that I have contacted them. I have been laid of my job and I have health issues. I want this stopped. Enough is enough.

I received Hemp Oil I did NOT order. They also billed my Bank Account $79.99. They claimed they couldn't find my account so couldn't help me.
I cancelled this Feb 2018 and haven't received anything until Aug 2018 when all of a sudden, I received Hemp Oil. My bank account was debited 79.99. I did not order or authorize this shipment. When I tried calling the number listed on my bank transaction (844-686-3943), they claimed they could not find my account so could not help me. The return address on the package is: Natures Best, 3201 W Hillsborough Ave. Suite 153201 - 1333.
Do NOT send me any more items and do NOT bill my account ever again. I do not wish to do business with this company ever again.
After calling several different phone numbers, I was given a legit phone number. They acknowledged my cancellation request back in Feb 2018 and agreed to credit my account and cancel my account once again. I requested they delete my account with them along with any and all banking info associated with my account.

Have not been able to contact business to ask to stop monthly deliveries of product
I purchased some CBD oil for my dog as I was told it could help her with thunderstorms and loud noises. It does help her. I tried to contact the supplier to stop sending me the oil as the first bottle I received has been adequate. Now I have four extra bottles that have been sent since the first one. I didn't ask for them. They have come once a month, the last one arriving this month of May.
Discontinuance of product
1-888-970-0711 charged my card and said I ordered product
February 4th 2018 I got an email saying product was being shipped to me and purchased on February 4 2018.on my debit card the charge is showing for american stone hill . and not showing the same thing as my email. My email says its from natures best oil trial 1. I never recieved this product and they are saying I ordered it in November.
But yet says stuff different in my email and debit card.charge was for 39.99 their phone number is 1-888-970-0711
I want a complete refund and never to be charged again. The company is using other company names.they will not give an address or identify what company they work for at 1-888-970-0711.
Their phone # is 720-445-6254. I contacted them 2 mos ago due to the fact I ordered a free trial on facebook and they hit my credit card for 39.99 w no okay from me they credited me and hit it again. U cannot talk to anyone at this time it goes straight to a glendas voicemail now. This is a big scam no billcomes with it, they send u a printed label paper that says free trial on it then charge u, tampa needs to be aware of these scammers.
