I received a call today from a representative of Nature's Carpet CleaningI listened to the gentleman for a few moments, and to be truthful, he had my earBut when I asked him what was the main ingredient of the cleaner, he replied Axiom and then he said that since I had mentioned breathing difficulties, this was a green solution as he also had an inhaler handy and he knew this would be important to me as wellI told him that hadn't mentioned anything of the sort and he said that he must have misunderstood meAt that point, I restated that I had not even remotely referred to any breathing difficulties, so he couldn't have misunderstood meThis undermined the integrity of the company as far as I was concernedI said as much and ended the callWouldn't have them in my home - if you catch them in an untruth at this point, what might happen if one actually engages this company
