DISHONEST FABRICATED SERVICES
Money was elicited for a dishonest fabricated service
I was told by *** Ellis that the fee of $5,was to get my principle balance from the IRS waived for an unlawful levy
He personally told me that the IRS had acted unlawfully by levying my account in July
I was told that he had a recorded phone conversation of them admitting unlawful wrongdoing
I was also told that the officer assigned to my case was removed from my case because of the “unlawful” levy on my account
I later learned that there was nothing unlawful about the levy on my account and *** ***, an Ellis & Ellis representative, was copied on this
Ellis & Ellis were "handling my case" and I should have never been leviedI had paid them $18,to date at the time of the levy
I was levied while ON VACATION and had no means to get home!
From July to July 2017, I never had a payment plan in place that would have averted the whole l
