PAID $225.00 AND FIREWOOD IS NOT BURNINGBusiness Response We have been advised that the firewood that was delivered to the customer was not satisfactorily seasoned, and as such would not burn according to expectation. We offer the customer our sincerest apology that his expectation was not met.Therefore, we will honor the customer's request by removing the delivered firewood and refunding the amount paid. We ask that he advise of a convenient time for the removal of the firewood from his premises.Again, we apologize to the customer for the inconvenience this has caused. We strive to provide a quality product at a reasonable price, and trust that we will be able to serve this valued customer again in the future. Thank you.Final Business Response Pursuant to the customer's request, we contacted him to resolve this matter by picking up the unused firewood and refunding his money. The customer kindly advised that he has burned almost all of the firewood that he purchased and, as he has only a small amount remaining, will burn the remainder. Accordingly, he no longer requests that we pick up the firewood or refund the amount paid.We again apologize to this customer for any inconvenience, and we are thankful to him for advising of his concerns so that we may learn from this experience.
