I am rejecting this response because:I am writing in regards to complaint #[redacted]. I need to re-open this case. I still have not received my carpet shampooer and have attempted to make contact with the company several times but they do not answer their phones and they do not return phone calls. My last message was trying to find out if they are going to ship me the shampooer or if I need to pick it up somewhere. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am sending this customer a Shampooer unit. Our records indicate that calls were made to the number that was left on the answering machine, however, each time no one answered the call. We do not have a service center at the office in North Richland Hills, Texas, however, there is a service center...

us know that we should mail it to her. That is something we don't do (mail gifts), however, we have decided to go ahead and do this because she is so unhappy. We will send it in the mail first thing Monday morning. I am sorry for this and hopefully we can take care of our customers before they reach your office from now on.Thanks and again sorry for all the inconvenience.
