I am writing re:  complaint ID #[redacted] which I submitted against Nature’s Envy Sprinkler Systems.  I would like to remove / resolve this complaint.
After the company received notification that I initiated a complaint, they contacted me and offered to correct the issue.  They offered and I accepted a full refund of my pre-paid service due to their lack of follow through.  They also apologized. 
 
I am satisfied with this resolution.
 
Is there anything more I should do to ensure this complaint is no longer reflected on their Revdex.com listing?

called to make appointment never came or called. called the next day said he had problems but would come the next day for sure. never came or called. called him again promised he would be there in a couple of hours. never came or called. would not use this gentleman again. really poor customer service. would also like to say I had a service contract with this company.
