I ordered a supplement for 1 month free. Cancelled and returned w/in that month. Company has been charging me every month regardless.
I ordered a supplement online that was one month free then charge unless cancelled/returned. I cancelled within that month and returned the unused product as required. It seems this company has been charging me $8.97 per month for some online fitness program yet this was nothing I signed up for, nor would I have signed up for it as I was an active member of two gyms. I called their customer service in April 2020 when I noticed the charge. The woman was good and refunded me $8.97 and cancelled my account. I received my credit card bill in May and saw not only the refund but another charge. I called the company today to find out how long they have been charging me. The woman said I had only been charged for March and April. When I told her this was untrue as my credit card statements I had been charged in January and February 2020 also she kept telling me that I was not. After at least 10 minutes of arguing this with her she finally admitted that my account was opened in July 2019 and I had been charged $8.97 since August 2019. She told me she could only refund me 2 months to which I responded it was not acceptable and I wanted to speak with a supervisor. She kept telling me there were no supervisors available but that she would refund me the 2 months. I informed her that unless she was refunding me the full amount I was going to initiate a dispute with my credit card company as well as file a report with the Revdex.com. She hung up on me. I received a call after 20-25 minutes from same customer service representative who stated she was now authorized to refund me 5 months. I again stated I expected to be refunded in full. I informed her that I had just gotten off the phone with my credit card company discussing the start of disputing the charges and I was preparing to make a report to the Revdex.com. She hung up on me again.

My expectation is to be refunded - in full.

Note to Natures Fulfillment - Please skip the canned language you keep copying and pasting into your responses. I am aware of the "fine print" you have referenced in all the other complaints. I cancelled the supplement so you reverted to charging me for an online fitness program that I was not aware of nor did I want. You are in the wrong.

I am expecting a 100% refund of all charges.

I went on line after I saw a commercial promoting the product, garcinia cambogian. I purchased the product that after taking it, I became ill. So they billed my debt card. The next month they sent more product so that month I emailed they to ask them to stop sending the pills. They didn't stop want they did do so starting pills separate and even under a different name. This continued way over a year. I blame myself for that because I should have got my bank involved in the mater. But due to my father being terminal ill, which he pasted in April of this year and I was his caregiver, I let things get out of hand. But during this time I had emailed them from their website. When I spoke to them they said "I could not email to cancel I had to call" It was nothing on the website that stated that nor was it some kind of disclosure that stated they would bill more than one time after a purchase.

I had my bank contacted them. In the beginning they absolutely not, but did refund the last bank drafts which was about six months. I called them to inquire about the other purchases they responded by saying "I accepted the amount they sent and there was nothing else they would do". I nor the bank agreed to this. I have been calling asking to speak with someone in management by that never really happens. They only give out 1st names only.

I'm asking you to please take look into this matter. Not only did they charge but the bank charged as well for over drafts. The time of the charges are from June 2018 to September 2019.

No I do not agree with this settlement. These people are so shady. I have called fulfilment the number that's on the shipping receipts. They said they could not help they were just distribution. If they were a company that had values, why is it so hard to contact or at least have some that can point me in the right direction.

they were told a year ago to cancel my order and they continue to send and charge me.
I called this company back in 2018 and even filed a complaint with my credit card company and they continue to ship item and bill me. I had a po box at the time and now the post office is forwading the product to me. *** po box *** birdsboro pa 19508 is what the company has on file. They refuse to stop sending me their product ! They are doing this without my authority.

Desired Outcome

I want any and all money refunded to me and I want them to stop sending any of their products to me.

Started a free trial was charged after canceling have continued to be charged for 7 months. Need to stop shipments and be refunded. Packages unopened
This has been going on for 7 months and I have not be able to get this issue resolved. I don't want the products and would like to be refunded. I have not opened the packages aside from the one recieved during my original free trial.

We have tried to cancel this product after the trial period, but they continue to send a box of Garcinia each month. I do not want it, but want refund
This is about this Fulfillment center not canceling an order , they have continued to send the product and charge for it also. The item number isGC-05 order # is XXXXXXX and the product is Natures Garcinia Cambogia. This is suppose to be a dietary supplement.

I would like for them to quit sending me the product and for a refund for the three boxes that they have sent that I did not want.

Ordered a test sample and keep getting monthly auto shipments that I didn't order
This company advertised their product and we signed up for a free test sample. After getting the first shipment, we got two more after and our account has been charged illegally. We did NOT subscribe a monthly order. The company is doing that on their own and stealing from us.

Received 2 products and then 30days later they are trying to charge me $84.00. Which I did not order
Was offered to be sent one product for shipping fee of $5.95. Received a box with 2 bottles which I did not authorize. Am now 30 days later being billed for $84.00 on my credit card. I called natures fulfillment and told them that I didn't want product and shouldn't be charged for the product that they shipped. Was told to send back for restocking fee of $19.00 or that they would give me a one time credit of $60.00 and could keep product. Told them I shouldn't be charged anymore than the $5.95 introductory charge that I was told on line. Told them that the 2 bottles were unopened and that I would send them back They informed me that it was past the 14 day trial period. Nothing in any of the information said that their was only a 14 day trial period
Now they are trying to charge me another $24.00.

You will automatically be enrolled in a monthly shipping until you call and cancel your account.

Your trial started when you placed the order on 11/018/2018 and ended on 12/04/2018 in which we didn't receive any call from you that's why your account has remained active and charged you for another month's supply of the products.

We have cancelled your account last 12/06/2018 when you had called to ask about the charges. The rep offered the option to return less the restocking fee. You had agreed to keeping it instead for a $60 refund as a ONE TIME courtesy which meant you had only paid $24 for 2 bottles.

We want to make sure this issue is resolved. We are going to refund the rest of the amount of $24 back to your account. This should reflect back to your account in 5-10 business days depending on your bank's turn around time.

Rest assured, as promised, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further charges.

Made me repeatedly pay for their product that didnt work
I tried this product and discovered it did not do what it was advertised to do, so I decided to not order another one. To my surprise, another one came not long after and money was taken out of my account. The next month, the same thing. I do not remember signing up for automatic shipping and payment for the product.

I would like a full refund, and I am willing to mail the product back.

I ordered a trial packet of this product..never...with no future orders yet I just received a new order today which was taken out of my checking account!!! I'm not happy!!

I know you told me there's nothing you can do about this case...well today.. Upon visiting my checking account because of transactions of money being taken out of my account numerous times since contacting this NaturesFulfillment company. I contacted them again today calmly at first... Which they were going to reimburse me $100 .. Which they changed their minds in the same sentence .. They now will do nothing for me!!! Their phone number is 844-874-4850... I spoke at first to Evans... Who kept putting me on hold to see what he could do . Then upon telling me it's been 6 months... They could do nothing...I said . I spoke to you before...3 months ago and it was to be taken care of then... And wasn't .. Since then besides the 3 amounts of $80...$84...& $48 ... That were taken from my account.. There were 4 amounts of $8.97 taken from my account... His supervisor... Who I asked for .. Says she's sorry but there's nothing they can do... By this point I'm very angry ï''...I told her I had contacted the Revdex.com about this matter and you hadn't been contacted by them either ... And that I was about to do it again .. I'm sorry but this is rediculous that nothing can be done!!! I need some kind of satisfaction in this matter and would very much appreciate any reaction to this matter that you could possibly get for me ..thank you for your help .. Sincerely... ***@yahoo.com
