Nature's Garden Delivered, Inc.

This is my second time as a Nature's Garden weekly or twice monthly customer. The first was in 2011 or 2012. Now I'm living back in their delivery area and am again enjoying their convenient service and fantastic produce. Yes, there have been times when I didn't receive something that was ordered, yet there have also been times when an extra bonus piece or even two, has been in the box. I so very appreciate doorstep delivery to my second-floor home. I find the website easy to use, as well. Highly recommend.

Nothing but frustration with this company. After attempting to redeem a certificate I had with this company, it claimed that it had already been used. I deleted my account and the company re-opened it and applied my cert for me. When delivery day happened, I was sent an email that they were unable to deliver due to a lack of gate code and that I could pick up my fruit at their facilities by 1. I work 8-5 and do not have a gate code. Rather than leaving it with the office or contacting me upon delivery, they left. When the fruit was actually delivered four days later, the produce was completely different than the original receipt I had received. The only correct item I found was a mango. After a week, I was autocharged and a new delivery was made, I'm told this was due to an internal error and a new delivery was populated without my consent. I was told that the charge was voided, however, the payment was still charged to my bank and has yet to be cleared. Great customer service reps, horrible business practices. Biggest headache, would never recommend and I deeply regret my involvement with this business.
