I am rejecting this response because: First of all, I did not buy thru the Website. And, I was told, when I placed the order, it was going to work. These Guys tried to charge Me, either $7 or $9 to ship it, to an address in the U.S. Well, I shipped it, yesterday, vis the U.S. The mailing charge was $3.61 postage, and because the place is not an official Post Office, they charged Me an extra fee of $3.00, which I was okay with. So, trying to charge Me, even $7, is that double-dipping, or, plain dishonesty. They charged Me $17.50 USD to send it to Canada......and I would question that it cost anywhere near that. The package left Montana yesterday, so, they should receive it, about Friday. I am not satisfied, with having to eat up......all those extra charges.........that is more than the product. And, besides, the Product is Bogus!!! It is not My Fault that the stuff didn't work.

Once it was shipped, it was too late to cancel. Now the only options is to send it back for a refund.

yet. Our website clearly spells out our policies, so I have no idea why he is complaining.As far as import taxes go, we have no idea how much (if any) customs departments of any country charge. Again our policy clearly states that we are not responsible for that.
