Horrible doesn't even begin to describe the experience I had with this company. I scheduled an appointment with them a week in advance and they called me 5 minutes before a tech was supposed to show to inform me they couldn't send anyone to look at my sprinkler system. They then asked if it would be OK to schedule me for the following business day and since I had no choice I agreed. I was assured this type of thing doesn't normally happen and that someone would definitely be at my house to look at my system.

The next day a tech shows up at my house hours before my scheduled time (I wasn't home) so I called the business thinking there had been a mix up and I was told that it was an error and I was still on the schedule. 30 min after my scheduled time no one had showed up and I hadn't received a call so I called the company again and I was told the time I was given was an estimated time. They then informed me that they were in the process of pulling a tech and having him sent to my house. I waited until 5 pm (an hour past my "estimated" time) and no one showed or called to let me know that no one would be coming.

I will be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest anyone reading this do the same!
