This rating reflects the management's [redacted] extreme unprofessional behaviour.
The FIRST and ONLY time I met her, she was gregarious, extremely outgoing and was very energetic.
[redacted] Nature's Image website portrays a calm, respectable professional; which she clearly is NOT. [redacted]. Her solution to change is to yell, rant and not let you get a word in. She was insolent and rude when speaking on the phone to both my sister-in-law and husband. The reason? I was at work, so I, as a rational adult decided to delegate the over seeing of the two-member crew to my sister-in-law. No where in my Singed Contract, did it state that I physically had to be home the entire day. This apparently gave her the right to blast her anger on two of my family members.
This verbal behaviour is also carried over to her written correspondence. I reiterated that my last payment was going to be an exact 1/3 of the total indicated on the Signed Contract. [redacted] response:
"I am not wasting anymore of my time with you discussing any of this...Feel free to not pay your bill and I'll be happy to throw you into collections. I'm not in the mood to deal with you any further than this as you've caused me nothing but grief from the day we met."
