This is an update to a complaint I filed in regards to Natures Own Designs { ID [redacted] .} After Pay pal got involved they finally responded and after several emails they refunded my purchase priceThat makes me whole again regarding the money side of the transaction but certainly not satisfied from a customer point of view I don't believe I would have gotten any response from Natures Own had I not filed complaintsHere are similar complaints [redacted] But yes, they have refunded my money in fullThank you very much ***
I ordered $worth of product from this company on July 2014, and received an email of confirmation on the same day both from "*** *** from The Nature Company" and from "Nature's Own Design's" (sic)On August I wrote to them asking where my order was as it was for my daughter's upcoming weddingI mentioned that I read a bad review of them on the Revdex.com (it was actually Ripoff.com)*** *** from accounting responded by saying that they will do what they can, have never ripped anyone off, people are liars and that the "Revdex.com is a joke LOL" On August I wrote to them thanking them for their response and that I would still like my orderNo response, no productOn August 17, I asked for a refundNothing
I ordered some ornaments from Natures Own Designs and was charged but never received anything I emailed them and never received a response Don't waste your money and time with this "business"
Ok a couple of things this is not the last name used on the order it was Cornelison and second this order was refunded on feb 19th order had come back to our office. Customer was sent two refund messages one from our website and from the bank which we used stripe.

I ordered a windchime on February 1, 2016. I sent an email on February 3, 2016, asking about the status of my order. I received a generic email that same day stating, "refund." I called, emailed, texted, and no response. Finally, I called a second time on Thursday, February 4, and I stated that I would be calling my bank to dispute the charge if I didn't hear back from them. I received an email on Thursday, February 4, 2016, asking me what my problem was. Quite frankly, this business/company is a scammer! I have never dealt with such horrible customer service. Buyer beware!
