We recently had Nature's Own come out to handle some mice that had gotten in to our attic spaceThe first gentleman that came out set some traps in the attic and inspected the property to give us a quote on sealing up our atticThe first quote he gave was $which I said sounded very highHe explained that to close up our attic vents, which was where the mice were getting in would require "a lot of material and man hours"I still said it sounded high and he said because we were an existing customer they could do it for $That sounded more in line to me so I set up an appointment for them to come back and do the 'exclusion' A different gentleman came back, went in to the attic, did the exclusion then came down and asked how much time the first guy had spent in the attic because he missed a giant area they (the mice) were getting inHe led me outside and showed me where the trim was peeling back from the house under the attic vent and said that would need to be sealed before they warrantied the workThat would be another $450!! I said I would let them knowThe total time that he spent working as well as talking to me and showing me around the outside was hr I went up in to my attic after xmas to store some of the xmas ornaments and took a look at the 'exclusion'It was a joke! All they had done was attach a small piece of mesh to my existing mesh screen on both attic vents! On Monday Jan 9th I called the office to speak to a managerThe receptionist said he wasn't there and took a message for me that explained I wasn't happy with the work that had recently been doneShe said he would call me backOn Wednesday January 11th I still had not heard from anyone so I called backThis time I spoke to someone in greater detail about why I was calling, why I wasn't satisfied and why I felt like I was ripped off for what I gotThe person I spoke to said that she would definitely have the tech manager call me backIt is now Tuesday January 17th and I have not heard from anyone yetThe amount of materials that were used was negligible, the time spent working was minimal and the fact they wanted another $to warranty the job is absurdI will be discontinuing my quarterly pest service with this company as well as talking to my credit card company to see how I can fight this charge

I called Nature's Own Pest Control Services to schedule service Although while I was talking with the scheduler, you could hear children in the background fussing (completely unprofessional), I continued to give the company the opportunity for my business and scheduled a time I was later called back to re-schedule the time to 7/21/ The technician came but not at the scheduled time or window I could not even talk with him as I was conducting business, which is why I did not schedule him for that time He spent less than minutes at the house and then left After "treatment" I still had bugsReceived invoice after August as that is when it was dated I immediately sent a check for the full amount which the company cashed on August I received another bill dated August I sent this invoice back with a note stating that I had already mailed a check when I received the first billOver Labor Day weekend the phone calls began even though the check had been cashed on August As I could not lomy account to see if the check was cashed (the bank was going through a system change), I wrote and mailed a second check to clear the accountThis check was cashed on Sep When I discovered that both checks had been cashed, I called them back and they agreed that payment was made twice and issued me a refund for the second paymentHere it is February 2016, and I get harassed about once a month saying I have an outstanding bill Each time I explain that not only did I pay once, but I have paid twice and they gave me a refund for the second payment! Each call they say they will note the accountReceived a phone call on Feb from Dimitri at Nature's Own, once again stating that I owe them money for services in July Once again I explained the situation, and once again Dimitri said he would take care of itToday, two days later, I get a call from Dimitri again, same story and I lost it, telling DImitri to stop harassing me and that I was reporting themI don't know what I need to do to stop the harassment The calls come from different numbers so I cannot screen

Initial service was performed on October 4, 2013 at which time a "Home Intensive Service Agreement" was signed by Mrs. [redacted]. We have attached the signed agreement. According to the terms, the follow-up service was to be performed in November 2013, regular service February 2014, service was...

declined up until May 8, 2014 at which time a payment of $92.01 was made for said service. Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] went without services for 7 months, and never called for a retreat, which we will provide without charge in between services. We stand by our guarantee. All Mr. or Mrs. [redacted] had to do was to request service. Mr. [redacted] called on August 12, 2014 at approximately 8:12 AM, we attempted to explain the customer satisfaction guarantee. He stated he did not want to hear it, will pay cancellation, but is also calling the Revdex.com. We would like to reach out to Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] and provide services for them rectify this. A quarterly service is due now, August 2014, as it has been three months since their last quarterly service. If they had kept the schedule according to the "Home Intensive Service Agreement" this would have been their last service, however, since October, 2013 we have only been to their home twice, one for the initial service, and their follow-up visit. Therefore, there are three services left according to their signed agreement. We will gladly remove the cancellation fee should they agree to fulfill their agreement. We feel that we have been more than accommodating by not enforcing the scheduled services and allowing them to push back their services at their convenience.

That sounded more in line to me so I set up an appointment for them to come back and do the 'exclusion' . A different gentleman came back, went in to the attic, did the exclusion then came down and asked how much time the first guy had spent in the attic because he missed a giant area they (the mice) were getting in. He led me outside and showed me where the trim was peeling back from the house under the attic vent and said that would need to be sealed before they warrantied the work. That would be another $450!! We have researched this consumers account and the reason for this fee attached is a cancellation fee for cancelling this account early and not fullfillng the contract obligation that was signed by the consumer and our office. We can continue the service and this...

will remove the cancellation fee if needed. 
Please let our office know if any copies of proof or anything else may be needed.

I am rejecting this response because: Tell them to just come out and finish the terms of the original contract. They can bill me for what is remaining and I will pay it. I'd like to note this is pest control. I didn't buy a house here.

It was refreshing to have such a caring group of people for a traditional chimney cleaning service. Most of these guys just do the job and leave, but these guys are very friendly and offered us a nice chat while they were working.
