a standard bouquet holder used exclusively for cascade bouquets and cannot be interchanged. Nature's Palate Floral assembled the archway provided by the bride free of charge. Unfortunately the archway that was provided was not capable of holding the sprays that were chosen. If we used the spray the archway would have collapsed. Nature's Palate staff took several measures to secure the archway in a way that could carry the weight. The archway came with lights, but there were no outlets available. We cannot be responsible for the quality of the archway that was provided. Our staff took the extra time to make sure the archway looked beautiful with the flowers we could use.
In regards to the reception, we followed the exact specifications of the signed contract and bridal invoice. The moss was provided as outlined. The contract did not state that we would provide a moss table runner of any kind.
We are not responsible for the usage or retrieval of the Archway. We fulfilled the contract as it was outlined. The contract does not state that our staff would stay through the reception and transport the bride's archway to a separate location.
Finally, as far as the alleged argument that ensured with the groom, our staff is trained not to get in any arguments or confrontations with anyone as we set up and provide service. We would have not said that is not in my contract, we would have completed our obligations professionally and not cause any emotional distress to the wedding, wedding party or guests.
