Natures Paradise Organics

Hello,

I placed an order with Nature's Paradise on 11/30/2020 for $125.39. I have not received any of the items that I ordered (3 CLEARSkin Multi Vitamin Facial Moisturizers and 2 CLEARSkin Acne Foaming Skin Cleansers). I have repeatedly called, emailed, reached out on social media, and started live chats on their site with NO response. I have been a customer for years, but it appears they just took my money and are not intending to deliver my items. No one has responded to me with any information. At this point, I am requesting a full refund or an immediate shipment of my products. It's a shame to see this company behave in such a reprehensible way.

Please let me know what I can do to get a refund or a shipment of my items.

I placed an order fourteen days ago, and have yet to receive my package After three emails, eight phone calls with no answer, I am looking for either a full refund, or any sort of information on where my $worth of product is Mt credit card did get charged the day I ordered though, there was no hesitation in that What type of customer service/business is this???

Review: I ordered $78.78 worth of products from this company on December 11, 2014 and my credit card was charged and the company was paid. I failed to receive my merchandise and by the end of January contacted the company directly via email. When I received no response I emailed again. Again no response. I called the company countless times, each time leaving a message with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like the amount that was charged to my credit card ($78.78) refunded to said card.

Review: HelloI have ordered $200.56 worth of products and my credit card was charged on the spot. I never got any information regarding shipping of those products (which are supposed to be sent to NYC). I have e-mailed the customer care department 7 times (!!). Never get an answer. I even e-mail their wholesale address - no answer. I rang their phone number - no answer. I would like to have a refund or to receive my products.Desired Settlement: Either a full refund or delivery of my items.

Review: I purchased 4 items from them on 9/5/15. I was not satisfied with 2 of the items and shipped them back on 9/26/15. The post office tracking information shows the items were delivered/received 9/28/15. The credit amounts should have been for 2 items below, but I never received credit back on the credit card I purchased them with (I have since closed that account).

Organic PRO Moisturizing Organic Hair Shampoo, 16 oz, $19.99

Organic PRO Fortifying Hair Conditioner, 16 oz, $21.95

I called them on 11/10/15 and left a message. I then e-mailed them 1-2 weeks later when I never heard back. I then left them another voicemail 2-3 weeks ago warning them that if they did not contact me related to the credit I am due, I would be contacting the Revdex.com. I never heard from them.

It is apparent by their complete lack of regard for calls and e-mails that they could care less about customer satisfaction. Please let me know how I can get my money back since I had to close the associated credit card 1 month ago. By the way, I am quite sure that the reason for them not crediting me is not because I closed that account because any reasonable business would have contacted me regardless to see how to resolve the issue.

[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to be credited for the total amount of the 2 items I returned, plus tax. Since the associated card I purchased them on is closed, I will accept a pre-paid Visa card or for them to credit another credit card (not sure if that's possible).

My concern about accepting "store credit" and I make a future purchase, is that they won't ship the items and say they did.
