SCAM!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!! COMPANY WILL NOT REFUND MONEY.
TOP ORGANIC KETO & DETOX WERE PURCHASED ON 29JUL19 FOR $5.95 AND $4.95. A SURPRISE CHARGE OF $89.95 WAS THEN DRAFTED ON 14AUG19. WE IMMEDIATELY CALLED OUR BANK TO DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION. THE WEBSITE ADVERTISED THAT IT WAS ONLY $5.95 & $4.95.
THE BANK CLOSED THE CASE ON 18SEP19 AND DID NOT GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK, CLAIMING IT WAS A LEGITIMATE CHARGE.
WE CALLED THE COMPANY LISTED ON THE BANK CHARGE, NATURES-TOPSHAPE.COM 800-424-9258 ON 26SEP19, TO REQUEST A REFUND DIRECTLY. THEY WILL NOT GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK SIGHTING THE BANK DISPUTE.
WE THEN CALLED THE NUMBER LISTED ON THE DETOX BOTTLE 800-853-2956, (THE KETO BOTTLE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A NUMBER), WHICH IS A DIFFERENT NUMBER THAN THE BANK CHARGE NUMBER AND RECEIVED THE SAME ANSWER.
TOP ORGANIC IS REFUSING TO REFUND BECAUSE THE BANK CLOSED THE DISPUTE.
HOWEVER, THE ONLY REASON THERE WAS A CHARGE TO DISPUTE IS BECAUSE THEY ARE PURPOSEFULLY OMITTING THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES INFORMATION FROM THE ORDER FORM!!! THIS IS ILLEGAL!! BASED ON REVIEWING OTHER COMPLAINTS, THEIR RESPONSE IS, "When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 3 days of shipping you will be charged for the Top Organic Keto and Top Organic Detox, if you do not call to cancel and return the product."
THIS IS FALSE! NOWHERE DURING THE PROCESS DOES IT DISPLAY NOR FORCE ONE TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
I'VE ATTACHED SCREEN SHOTS ILLUSTRATING THE ENTIRE ORDER PROCESS WHICH DIRECTLY CONTRADICTS THEIR STATEMENT.
AS WELL, THE COMPANY SOLD THESE PRODUCTS TO A MINOR. AGE VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED TO PURCHASE THESE NON-FDA APPROVED ITEMS, WHICH IS ANOTHER ETHICAL VIOLATION.
I WOULD LIKE OUR $89.95 BACK. THEY CAN KEEP THE $4.95 & $5.95.

My bank found the charge to be valid and closed the case.
They will not be issuing a refund.
Irregardless of the bank's finding, we did not agree to the $89.95 charge.
Therefore, I still wish for a refund back to the credit card.
I have screenshots to prove there is not a single place during the ordering process where the customer must agree to the terms and conditions of paying $89.95 in 14 days. As well, there is no deadline listed for returns.
Therefore, using terms & conditions or return periods for an excuse to not issue a refund is null and void.
I will return both bottles if that is a requirement for a refund.
