Review: Save A Tree charged my card for a past due bill without my authorization. When I called the local office the woman hung up on me after telling me she could do nothing because billing was done a corporate level. She didn't see the issue with charging some ones card with a authorization of the person. She said since my card was on file and my bill was past due she saw no problem with just charging the account for money the were owed. The response I received was short, unprofessional, and ended in getting hung up on. The ironic part of this complaint is I was considering calling Save-A-Tree to pay my bill and continue service on my lawn.Desired Settlement: I would Like a explanation of how this is their policy to charge cards with out going through the proper (legal) ways of collecting moneys for services received. I don't see Sears Charging my account for a bill that is past due just because they have a account on file with out authorization.
