Great service and quality product!
I have been taking GHR Platinum for about two years now. The results that I have received from the supplement I’ve been amazing and life-changing. Before I started taking GHR platinum, it would take me about three or 4 cups of coffee in order to start my day and start feeling energized. After just the first week of taking GHR platinum I noticed I was jumping out of bed instead of rolling out of bed, felt super well rested every night even had some pretty vivid dreams. Followed by that I was able to recover from the gym so much faster then normal. My muscles were healing up like never before. Also there was a couple times I got backed up on product and had to postpone my order and the customer service was always ver accommodating and quick and always so nice! I definitly wish there was more customer service like the GHR Platinum phone operators, instead of all the automated bots! 10/10 RECOMEND!

Wrong Shipment
I am a Male customer from Canada and have been for a very long time. I order a 12 month supply sometimes twice a year GHR Platinum. My last order was 1 bottle of GHR Platinum the rest were products for women. I contacted customer service and was told I can return, a lengthy drawn out process or I can keep the 'upgraded' product as the womens formula is safe for men. They told me they were out of stock on the GHR Platimum and Male formulas but this is an 'upgrade' to my order. Again, I am a Male and given a product geared toward Women. If a womans product is an upgrade for a male then why differentiate between men and women and not have an upgraded version for both.
Since this is a shipping error, I would expect the return shipping to be paid for by GHR and my replacement order shipped free of charge...that's what most companies would offer.
I presented a counter offer where rather them absorb these costs they discount this order as my wife has gained interest and wanted to try and I place a new order that they pay the shipping on. Fair offer right? They gain a new customer in the process and everyone is happy.
This has somehow offended GHR and this email and my follow up emails go unanswered. I am currently reviewing other products and will take my business elsewhere. GHR is definitely not interested in taking care of long time customers and have no interest in gaining new ones. GHR is not the only brand of HGH releasers and I am sure whoever gets my business will appreciate how much I will be spending
Wrong Shipment

Review: NaturesTech is threatening to take my 89-year old father with Alzheimers to collections over $109 that isn't even owed. This company uses unfair sales/collections tactics, and when the order for "anti aging vitamins" was legitimately cancelled (per doctor orders) in advance of a recurring shipment, this company shipped the product anyway, and then refused to refund anything but 10% of the cost. Bank of America thankfully reversed the charge on my father's credit card, but now NaturesTech is calling and threatening my elderly parents with collections. I have offered to return the merchandise numerous times, but they insist on charging my parents half (better than charging a 90% restocking fee), but half is still unacceptable - and unwarranted - since we cancelled the shipments in December 2013 before the next one was sent in Feb 2014.Desired Settlement: I would like NaturesTech to drop their threat of sending my parents to collections. I am happy to return the unwanted/unopened merchandise as long as they agree to pay for shipping with certified delivery receipt.

The cancelling of the auto shipment is not the issue here. Our records have confirmed that [redacted] herself, who facilitates [redacted] affairs, called NaturesTech Inc on February 25th at 3:49pm and reordered the GHR Platinum and even updated [redacted] auto shipment subscription with a new address 3 days BEFORE the auto shipment was shipped on February 28th, 2014. We then fulfilled her request and ship the product as requested. Our return policy is for a full 90 days, but does not apply towards personal reorders. This was clearly a reorder. On March 7th at 3:29pm, [redacted] called and cancelled the auto ship program. We immediately cancelled and issued a cancellation confirmation number per our policy. Customer complained about cancelling the auto shipment in December, yet as the director of [redacted] affairs, has no record of a cancellation number, nor knew when she called in and from what number. Further, she claimed that she accidentally reordered and now wants a full refund. Although we have no return policy for reorders, we have offered to work with [redacted] and allowed her to keep their $240.40 valued package AND give them a 50% refund, but customer wanted a full refund and demanded that our company to pay the shipping for her accidental reorder. In over a decade of business with tens of thousands of people on GHR Platinum, we have gotten less than 5 Revdex.com complaints for a reason, our customer service is a top priority and we will continue do our upmost to work out any customer issues as we did with [redacted]'s unprecedented accidental reordered.

The facts are incorrect. I never called to reorder. On Feb 25, I called on a different matter, which was to make sure future promotional/catalog mailings did not continue to get mailed to my parents' address in California. I had stacks of mail (addressed to my parents) with yellow USPS "change your address with sender" stickers. My interest was in avoiding any further direct mail to my parents, so I systematically called all direct mail sources to change my parents' address for direct mail. I did not reorder any product that day. If that is what NaturesTech is claiming, that was an unfounded interpretation of my request to change their address.

We tried NaturesTech GHR Platinum anti aging vitamins. Both my husband and I were very disappointed with this product. We did not notice ANY difference at all. I was told that I could get a refund if I did not like it and when I called to do so, they said that you could only get a refund on unopened products. How am I supposed to see how the product works if I do not try it? I felt that this was very misleading! Also, I was told that I signed up to receive this product every 3 months. I called once to complain to the company and they still sent me this product 3 months later....charged my Discover cart too! DO NOT TRY!! IT IS A SCAM! Poor customer service. When I called to find out how to send the vitamins back, they were very rude and mean. They said they read a script telling me that I am going to be signed up for automatic renewals every 3 months.
