This company took my order and payment. Payment was incorrect because there was a coupon code for 50% off in the form of an Instagram ambassador. My card was charged the full price. I have emailed multiple times and messaged through social media. I have requested a cancellation of the order, immediately after the order was placed, once I realized that I was charged incorrectly. I also have not received any communication from this company and no product.

I accepted an “ambassador” discount code and when I placed the order and paid the amount of the product charged me full price of 39.99. I have contacted them regarding my order 5797 beginning the day I placed the order on June 2, 2020. I contacted them numerous times by email, through Instagram messaging, and by ambassador person Ashley, with NO response. I have all correspondence and can provide. I have never received the product and have never been refunded or contacted.

I ordered a water bottle on May 21st of 2020 and on June 19th of 2020 I have not received any communication from this company about them shipping one water bottle. If the shipment is going to be delayed you reach out to the customer to find out if they want to wait for this item. After two emails to them about this mishap, I received still no response from them. I am reaching out to the Revdex.com in hopes I can get a refund for this item that is almost into being 30 days and still I have not received this item.

I ordered 3 water bottles and they were on route for delivery over a month ago. I have sent multiple messages asking for a refund and have not heard anything back at all. I would like a refund from this company as I have not received my package.

I order a product on February the 6th 2020 from citrus fusions on instagram and I had not received my order so I contacted them via email on February the 16th 2020 and was told that my order had been shipped and I should receive it . It is now March 7th 2020 and I’ve still yet to receive my order I also contacted them again via email about my order status and didn’t receive a response this time .
