Review: I ordered seven replacement windows and a replacement storm door from [redacted] of Nature View Home Energy Products for a total of $5400.00 on February 6, 2013 and paid a down payment of 50%. The windows were supposedly going to be installed in five to six weeks. I called in April and the windows were then installed on April 24, 2013 at which time I paid the remainder of the bill after asking why the incorrect front storm door was delivered and installed. The installer called the company and got no answer, but promised to have it fixed. I went ahead and paid, assuming this would be corrected. I have called Nature View numerous times since then with no results concerning the storm door and one window that is very difficult to open and close. I spoke with [redacted] in May. He said he would get that taken care of and the proper door would be installed. Since that time, no one answers the phone at Nature View and I still have the wrong storm door. It is very heavy. I live in a condominium community and it is not the one I specified in the Alteration Request I filed with the association.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the proper door installed and the window that is very hard to open fixed.

We DID know about the mix up on the door and it must have slipped by our service department. I will have the service manager make contact on Monday.

Review: In april, it appeared that the roof wsa leaking on the sunroom this company installed. My husband left numerous phone messages for the owner and made severalo trips to the showroom to speak to someone to no9 avail. Now the floor is rotting. No one has retunred our calls.Desired Settlement: Fix the roof and floor
