NatureWorks Landscaping agreed to install two arborvitae tree at my residence on June 15, 2020 for $90 ($45 each tree). Install did not occur because the dirt was "too hard" for the landscaper. Landscaper agreed to return install fee of $90 but has not to date (6/26/2020).
She was refunded long ago. Ironically proving my point she still claimed she wasn’t refunded posting the complaint the same day. I will not be doing anything else. The service that could not be completed was refunded as she asked which we offered long before she asked and she still gets on claiming she wasn’t refunded.
