Purchased " Cat Calmant " Petco would not refund. Clearance item. Paid 13.97 each 28 $ plus tax. 30 $ Bottle had open inner seal. Didnt feel good about it. Garmon stated they would refund if I sent in my 2 upc's. It has been 2 months since sending. No refund. I phoned...they have no record of my UPC's coming in ! I have since purchased 2 more for my cats whom I rescue & foster.

First of all, I am very sorry that there were issues concerning a refund on a product you purchased at Petco. Garmon Corp. stands behind every product and our 100% money-back guarantee is honored as per the parameters that you mention in your complaint to the Revdex.com. We, as all other manufacturers, dealers and retailers, do require proof-of-purchase in order to justify a refund.
As per the phone message that I left for you yesterday, I am responding to the complaint filed with the Revdex.com. Your complaint is concerning a lost refund request that you sent to Garmon Corp. for “Cat Calmant”. I am sorry, but we do not make a product by that name. Your email to the Revdex.com states that you have since purchased two more containers of that product. Would you be so kind as to email me the exact name of the product? If it is not too much trouble, would you please include the lot number? This is a four digit code with either a ‘dash’ or a ‘period’ followed by two more digits; “Lot #” will precede the number itself. Also, would you please confirm the address to which you mailed the UPC bar codes?
I did phone the Petco in Sewell, New Jersey, and they were unaware of any product called “Cat Calmant”. Would you please confirm that the Petco in Sewell is the store from which you purchased the cat product? We are going to contact the store manager as well as the district manager and inquire why that store did not refund your money on the product. Please note that below is the Petco/Unleashed refund statement.
Once we establish that the product is one of ours, we will be more than happy to reach an equitable refund settlement with you. Also, we applaud you for your rescue and fostering efforts, and would like to send you some free products for your precious cats.
Again, I am very sorry that your refund request was never delivered to our office. We will certainly do our best to keep you as a loyal customer.

I am rejecting this response because: Business is playing games. I have sent 7 photos to this women. Each one she comes up with an excuse, it is not good enough. Perhaps I should send them to the Revdex.com.
