Review: I purchased tickets for a Scenic Fall train ride. The web site description noted the ride took you for a scenic ride to a dam and then back to a pumpkin patch for pumpkin picking. The ride was supposed to last over an hour.The ride instead took us through a city where the scenes were graffiti bridges, abandoned refrigerators and old broken down trains. When I inquired with the conductor he advised me that they decided to change the trains route since there were so many children and generally they don't have a long attention span. The trip was much shorter than billed as well...it was a true disappointment. My 3 children were very disappointed.I feel someone should have advised upon check in that the route was changed and not what was advertised. I sent the company a lengthy email as well as left a phone message with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like our funds refunded
