Review: I contacted this company to remove a dead tree in the front of my house. They removed the tree while I was not home but damaged my neighbor's property. I contacted the company and they said he would get back to me on this issue, I waited four (4) days heard nothing and called him back. He stated he did not know why his worker did it but he would make it right. He said he would get it done buy next week, waited seven (7) more days till Friday of the following week no repair done yet. I called him again, he now tells me he will be out Saturday to make it right. I got tire of waiting I am fixing it my self. Any thing this owner tells you will be hot air. I guess the biggest it is me for paying them upfront. I would never recommend this tree service unless you watch them like a hawk.Desired Settlement: I have an 80 year old neighbor who yard was damaged, I told him what the tree service told me, "They would fix it"I want this company to see this page on your web site until they apologies to my neighbor, what I asked them to do originally as well as fixing their problem.

Review: I gave Mr. [redacted] a deposit of $100 to cut down my trees. He was to put contract in writing. Probably about six weeks went by I never heard from him. During that time I got another estimate. When he finally called I asked him to rebid the job. After hearing his new price I told him I was going with someone and wanted my money back.He was a little argumentative about the matter, but agreed to refund my money.After waiting two weeks no check. I called again and he said he would put check in the mail. A week later still no check. I called again and he said he was too busy and hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I just want my $100 back.
