I am requesting a complete refund of the "Special Alumni Trip Fee - $2175, Paid for the Delivery Trip - Leg 2, Mallorca to Malaga Offshore delivery to help deliver the Jeanneau 439"This booking was described as the delivery leg departing from Mallorca Spain and ending in Malaga Spain I feel I satisfied my commitment as volunteer crew to help with the delivery of Journey , fulfilled my responsibilities as outlined in the description, and met my own travel , meals , board at my own expense I feel that Nautilus met none of their responsibilities and therefore did not earn the trip fee of $

I received the following advertisement from Nautilus Sailing and I chose leg of the tripDue to limited space, I have only included leg The only thing I was actually involved in that was promised on this trip was being part of the crew to go to the grocery store for provisionsNone of the other listed activities mentioned in the advertisement was I provided the opportunity to doWe also never actually sailedDue to inclement weather on leg the main sail was ripped and there was not time to get it repaired and the sailing company did not provide another sailWe were under motor power the entire timeLeg was delayed due to the weather which delayed the start of leg Instead of getting to be on the boat for days, I was only on the boat for hours (of those were actually in port the first night the boat finally arrived)The other hours were motoring to try to get back on schedule with only one stop for fuelWe never had an opportunity to stop at the ports as ad
