Review: I purchased a 2 year membership at this fitness center on 5/**/11. It included 4 months free for a total of 28 months. In November of 2011, the center was relocated to the address you have on record. It was approximately a month before the new space was ready. To my surprise, the space was about one quarter of the size, if not less, than the original space. There was not enough equipment to accommodate of the members. We were told this relocation was temporary. In July 2013, we were informed by the owner, [redacted], that the building was sold. The new owner reportedly was re-zoning the space & according to the buildings department, it would no longer be zoned for a fitness center. The center was closed & he told us that it would be relocated by this month. He offered to extend pre-paid memberships for the amount time the center was closed. I contacted the owner in September to request reimbursement for the months left on my contract due to non-delivery of services. He instructed me to contact the "billing department" via the business' website, which I proceeded to due, but have not received any response. The only correspondence I recently received was a notification that my membership would ending. I contacted my credit company to inquire if they could assist. I was told by the representative that too much time has elapsed since the charge was made.Desired Settlement: I was charged $489.96 for a 24 month membership (approximately $20.42 per month) + 4 free months, which would mean my membership should have ended on 9/**/13. I was unable to attend the center from 2/**/13 until 4/**/13 due to a [redacted]. I presented medical documentation to verify this. The owner told me that my membership was frozen during that time, which would extend my membership by two & a half months. I would like to be reimbursed for the four months remaining of my membership since the center was closed plus the two & a half months that my membership should have been extended due to my injury. A total of $132.73.

Thank you.
