The company (shipper) Seasons Best Produce Corp used my company (broker) as the middle man in order to have his product moved from Washing to FloridaI found the carrier to have his product movedI attempted to contact shipper once carrier advised me that he was at delivery site for over hours and was not unloadedHe arrived at 10:am and was promised to be unloaded at 12pmHe was not until 4pmCarrier requested detention payI then email shipper to advised of change of rateAs of today shipper has not provided promised revised load confirmation in order to get paid by shipper and pay carrierI have over emails requesting load revision from shipper with very little responseI'm afraid that ijf shipper can't provide a simple load confirmation revisionGetting paid by shipper will be close to imposibleThis puts my business at risk as I am dependent of shipper paying me in order to pay carrier Product_Or_Service: Brokered his shipment to a carrier Order_Number: ***
