Review: I ordered a rims and tires package from this company. They sent me the correct rims but the wrong tires. I ordered all season tires and the sent me summer tires. I have tried to contact them and they will not take responsibility for the mistake or try to work with me about an exchange.Desired Settlement: I will return the tires they sent me for a refund.

Review: I purchased a set of wheels from NAV Enterprises that were advertised to be for my exact vehicle. The wheels were advertised to have a lifetime structural warranty. After only a couple of months one wheel broke. I contacted NAV Enterprises several times with no help from them. I contacted the wheel manufacturer and I was told the wheels were not designed for my vehicle and were not safe on my vehicle. NAV Enterprises has ignored me and my problem. I would like a refund for the set of wheels.Desired Settlement: I want another set of wheels that are designed for and are safe to use on my vehicle or a refund.

Review: I purchased a set of wheels. The item was advertised on [redacted], but to confirm the fit, I called directly and made my purchase. NAV Enterprises invoiced me using [redacted]. Upon receipt of the wheels, they did not fit. According to the ad they did.

After 25 phone calls and being put on hold a large number of times, I have no satisfaction. Firstly, by Fransisco I was promised a return authorization and a shipment of the correct 9.5 " wheels. After many calls I was informed by Ron B[redacted], who was unable to speak to me, that a return was not possible. This is his email

If you read the ad, the fitment says they would fit a Porsche Boxster, which is incorrect.

I would just like to have the correct size wheels shipped to me and the wrong ones I will return.Desired Settlement: Authorize and pay for return of wrong wheels and ship correct ones

Review: I was sold a damaged item. I contacted the seller, we exchange email and phone calls, I explained the situation, they acknowledge the issues and offered a refund (on which I agreed). I never received the offered refund, or a replacement item. Seller does not respond to email, etc... I still have the damaged goodsDesired Settlement: Receive a 100$ refund, as promised, or get a new set of wheels (the items I purchased)

Review: Purchased a bicycle frame that was shipped from NAV Enterprises Inc and was damaged in transit. I filled out complaint with [redacted] and submitted photos. [redacted] has sent out come to NAV Enterprises. I have called multiple times and spoken with Kevin. Kevin would not give me outcome of [redacted]'s investigation of damage. I also had [redacted] call them and Kevin would not come to phone. I want to know outcome of [redacted] investigation to see who is going to take responsibility for damage.Desired Settlement: Refund for shipping cost ($100.00) that will cover damage repairs.
