Nav has issued a pro-rated refund in the amount of $20.14. This satisfies the consumer's initial request. Unfortunately, Nav's refund policy was not followed correctly and the consumer should have been issued a partial refund upon her request.

Experian. Additionally, there are several different credit score models available to consumers. Creditera does not provide a consumer FICO score nor does it advertise that such scores are provided. Creditera provides a Vantage 3.0 credit score which is different than the FICO score. The differences in scoring models will explain the difference in scores the consumer is complaining about. Although it is not Creditera's policy to refund consumers who have accessed their credit data, Creditera will provide a refund in this case.
