Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:there is nothing offered as a resolution.First, I never called this establishment screaming at the staffThat is utter fabricationHowever, the person left in charge did in-fact haon me after being sarcastic and rude.Secondly, I provided one address, my only address, but this organization sent the order to the wrong addressAfter their refusal to rectify the situation, I had to drive minutes to retrieve the deliveryThe owner insisted the address I provided was a vacant lotI assure you, I do not live in a tent, just a brand new development.Finally, the owner has responded, but refuses to hear anything but that which her staff assertsThere is no accountabilityAside from all that, some of the product is sub-parI’ve sent a photo to the owner, but there has been no response.Given the inconvenience and rude treatment I have endured, I am more than reasonable in only expecting the delivery charge be returned Mrs M***

The order that was placed by this customer was produced and shipped to the address she provided After it delivered, she called our offices in a very angry state demanding a full refund that moment screaming "today, today, you must refund today" And, she was entirely rude and mean to two customer service representatives, who were trying to explain to her that our system did not change the address she providedThis customer talked to two of our very nice customer service reps and both times berated them verbally and swore at one of them, calling her a "Bit--" Regardless, and knowing all of all the above details, I contacted the customer hours later that same day via email and tried to to assist her in possible ways to retrieve the packageI explained we never change addresses without explicit written permission - and that she can see on her email confirmation the address she entered - which is the same address we shipped to I personally have been extremely nice in trying to assist this customer, all the while knowing how she treated my staff Considering that I have been trying to assist her, I am surprised to now see a Revdex.com complaintThe customer emailed today to state that she went to pick up the delivery today from the address she asked us to ship to - and now has a further issue - stating that some of the printed personalized notepads are not glued well I replied to this complaint asking for a photo and explaining that normally printed notepads are carefully glued, inspected, and wrapped well before shipping I confirmed that if I see the damage she is reporting I will speak to the production manager to see what happened and help, which might include reprinting some of the pads and picking up the damaged ones I also explained that I need to be sure of the delivery address as her "billing address" comes up on google searches as a vacant lot.Regarding the $shipping fee that she is now requesting as a refund, we do not feel she is entitled to this, as we shipped to the address provided We have been in business for years and our record of customer service is impeccable We do everything we can to assist customers When a customer is screaming at us and accusing us for doing nothing wrong, we turn our heads normally, but this customer is now filing a complaint and we need to set the record straight This customer contacted our offices screaming at our customer service team and accusing us of shipping to the wrong address We actually delivered to the address this customer provided, it was not changed She denied entering the wrong address on her order When we explained that we did not change it, nor would ever change an address without written explicit direction from a customer, this customer became outraged This customer
