I called Navarrette Mechanical because they were an Armstrong Air dealer to see if they could help me fix a rusted A-Coil and cracked tray on my AC unit. I am so glad I found them. The entire experience with Navarrette was phenomenal. After speaking with [redacted] (owner) he first tried to find a replacement part for me then made a same day a visit to my house after 5pm to review my situation. He knew exactly what to do for my appointment to replace the coil.
The replacement of my A-coil was done in a timely fashion and took exactly that time and price I was quoted. My work was performed by [redacted] and [redacted] who showed up promptly and were extremely friendly. [redacted] took the time to explain the repairs they were making and some preventative maintenance items. He then made sure to double check the final changes made to the AC unit once the coil was replaced (pressure, etc.)
This was Top Notch service all around! A+.
I will recommend to friends in need of Heating and Cooling Service.
I had a furnace installed 10/2015. I was given several options as to type/ price of furnace. The install was done in 1 morning and the installers were very prompt and friendly. They gave me all the information I needed as far as filters/ thermostat setup, they actually set it up for me. They left the area clean and took away all the old equipment. I love this furnace, I can really feel a difference compared to the old furnace. I was even eligible for a rebate!
