I took my car in on Sept to get the upper and lower mounts put onAfter leaving their shop I noticed it wasn’t rightI took it back thereThey said they didn’t see the issue so I left and went somewhere elseI went to leave and my tire came off my vehicle resulting in the additional damage I have documented in this caseI only had lug nuts total on my front tiresI had to get the car towed and called the shop and spoke to *** and he told me they had the rest of my lug nuts and caps in the shop, and that they didn’t put them all onThe lack of correct repair also caused my fender to be damagedI also had to get my car towed to my sister’s houseThey picked the car up and did some work, but did not repair everythingI do not want them to work on my car any further, but I do want them to pay for the additional repairs due to their incorrect repairsIf needed, I would like proof the mechanics have certifications to do the work

Due to the incident that transpired, Mr*** *** and I made an agreementHe and I agreed that due to the incident that occurred that I would replace the damaged rim free of charge, which I didUpon further review of his vehicle, his front rotors on both sides were replacedI also replaced
