While they were doing roofing my house, they knocked down some part of my house electricity. They could not resolve the issue for 3 days and promised to send a licensed electrician but never did. After they claimed their initial payment, they denied the responsibility and never returned my call & email. I had to call an emergency electrician and pay to fix it.
Also no invoice/receipt issued for the re-roofing, no photos before/after provided (which they promised)
The company contacted me last night, April 29 with photos I requested. I am still waiting for warranty and statement but I understand it takes some time for them to register with suppliers and stuff so I am okay for waiting a little longer.
Other than mentioned above I don't have any other issues so yes, I'll give my consent to remove the details.
