Originally sent my Epson Home Cinema projector in Feb to be repaired after malfunctionRepair was supposedly accomplished on behalf on Microtrace However, when picked up, it failed to work when attempting to turn it on at home (payment made in full with credit card at Microtrace.) Subsequently called Dave [redacted] (service manager) and complained, projector was sent out again to be repaired This time it took longer than a month without ANY updates or any attempts to be contacted from MicrotraceAll calls/communication were initiated from customer Projector was finally received on April 11th, Unfortunately, the box from UPS was damaged and projector inside was also damaged (i.ehousing around unit broke, rattling inside)In addition, the projector was improperly packed with lots of room for movement and high risk of shock No fragile notification was placed on box to notify handler Claim was filed by customer on April 11, UPS inspected package and sent
