When I am mailed a VISA gift card, I expect that to be my money, not expire in 3 months. I understand I should have read the fine print, but I AM LIVID my $100 is now down the drain. I called the company to see if there was anything they could do, hoping for some sort of customer satisfaction. I spoke to 3 different people and they were all completely RUDE! I just lost $100, they could atleast be more sympathic. I will never buy or recommend this company again because they do not respect our time or all the money we have given them! Having such an early expiration date on a gift card is only the company's way of keeping their money - greedy! Not everyone may submit the rebate, but I took my time to do it and I think I deserve that money. I was saving the gift card for Christmas presents, but was tricked by a heartless company with a evil scheme. Thanks for nothing. Never buying another product again, and I will make sure no one I know does either.
