I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Hiller Ford did not give me options other than trading in my truck to get a fat $over what I am currently paying This offer is nothing different then what I could find at any other Ford dealership I rejected the offer because Iam not happy with Ford and would rather them buy back the truck so I can move on I am not satisfied with what Hiller Ford has done to assist
Regards,
Dustin ***

Hiller Ford's *** *** called Kelly this am and came to a mutually acceptable resolution

Please read our response below to the above mentioned case. The matter reported by the Complainant on May 16, was resolved on June 8, as both parties reached an agreeable settlement amount for the damage done to the Complainants vehicleA check was prepared that day and mailed to the
ComplainantPolicies and procedures are and have always been in place for our employees to report accidents immediately upon returning to the plantUnfortunately our driver acted on his own behalf trying to resolve the matter himself and did not follow those procedures resulting in a delay in resolving the Complainants vehicle. Please advise if any further action needs to be taken on our part to settle this matter and remove/release this complaint. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Sincerely, *** ***

*** ***'s mother referred him to Tardus to help him improve his cash flow and monthly income He signed a one-year agreement for monthly coaching on various cash flow strategies including our patented Income *** system We have a simple one-page coaching agreement that
explains what the client should expect from us and what they get for their fee We guarantee that the strategies recommended by our Income *** calculator will increase their discretionary monthly cash flow by $4,for the year, or we will refund our clients' money I have attached a copy of ***'s signed agreement for your records As you will see below, *** received a great deal more than the $4,additional cash flow that was guaranteed, and therefore he is not entitled to a refund. On September 16, 2014, *** met with his Tardus coach who helped him establish his goals and objectives and set up a tracking system for his monthly living expenses His coach helped him get a credit line at *** *** *** and switch checking accounts In October 2014, by following the instructions recommended by the calculator based on financial information *** provided, he used a $10,line of credit to create $in monthly income through social lending *** and his coach met several more times, but *** missed six meetings with him So from October through March 2015, *** received payments of $for a total of $2, Then, by April of 2015, *** used a $10,line of credit to create an additional $in monthly income for a total of $per month from April to September or $4, Although our guarantee required that we help *** generate at least $4,in cash flow, his total newly found cash flow created for the year was $6,460, that's $2,more than our guarantee required And since then he is still receiving $in monthly income.Meanwhile, in June 2015, *** contacted his coach and said he wanted to sell the assets that were producing $per month in order to invest in a *** fund He said that his friend was a financial advisor who sells *** funds This friend told him that social lending was a scam Thien re-explained how *** could sell his assets, but also made sure that *** realized that he would lose his monthly income of $if he did so *** decided to leave his money in social lending because he was more interested in creating monthly cash flow than discontinuing his monthly income to "buy and hold" assets. In August, the stock market took a huge crash and he was glad he stayed with the Income *** strategy *** and his coach met again in August and September when his coach asked *** if he would like to renew his membership with Tardus On October 8, *** emailed him asking to renew his membership with Tardus Then, surprisingly, on October 12, *** sent the following email to his coach through his ***:"Hello! I've been thinking and decided to cancel my renewal for next yearFor a few reasons! Main reason is that I want to travel and can use extra cash flow in bankI don't want to worry about paying off loan while traveling You have been true to your words and I am consistently receiving the amount you projected! For this great success I am in full gratitude Also are we on for meeting on October 23.7:00pm Hawaii ??Thank youSent from my ***"To summarize, *** is not entitled to a refund for the following reasons: (1) Tardus more than upheld our end of the bargain as *** received more than $6,in cash flow that year -- $2,more than the guarantee required; (2) *** was happy with the results he received and requested to renew his membership; and (3) a few days after *** asked to renew his Tardus membership, he changed his mind, requesting a refund in order to have $4,more cash to travel with. All of these communications and emails between *** and his coach are documented in our online computer system where we track client activities and can be forwarded to you if necessary

another company work on this without our consent

same characteristics. Mr. [redacted] gave the sales staff the weight and length of trailer and the vehicle he purchased meets those requirements. What Mr. Osborn did not provide or discuss is the frontal area of the trailer which according to the engineer is the cause of the concern. (engineer notes excerpts: This trailer has a frontal area of 91.2 square feet per the Keystone specification sheet. The F150 owner’s manual on page 250 states frontal area of any trailer should not exceed 60 square feet or towing performance “may be significantly reduced”. That equates to the frontal area on this trailer being at 152% of recommended size.  This will obviously have a greater effect on towing performance as speed and drag increase. The F150 is operating within manufacturers design intent and is fine towing this 35 foot 10 inch trailer up to speeds of around 50 mph. Once you go over that speed, the frontal area of the trailer along with the excessive rear axle weight will cause some expected sway and wander issues.) Hiller Ford stands behind its vehicle sale to Mr. [redacted] of a vehicle that met his request.
