I am rejecting this response because:Dr [redacted] contacted NAVIS in May concerning the movement of her household to Newport News, Virginia from Modesto, CAShe was issued a cursory approval for the ability of Navis to move her belongings to Newport News by August 2, 2017, which she stipulated was an absolute NECESSITY due to her new work obligationsShe was told to once again confirm with Navis after July 4th, with which she compliedDr [redacted] 's relatives secured airline tickets, etcto be in Newport News on August to participate in the unpacking of her belongingsIT IS OBVIOUS THAT THE SHIPMENT WOULD NOT BE AT THE REQUIRED DESTINATION ON AUGUST 2ND BECAUSE IT WASN'T EVEN SHIPPED UNTIL AUGUST 1ST!! Navis said it takes 8-days for shipment, and the shipment was not delivered until August 15, 2017, ALMOST A FULL MONTH FROM THE TIME OF PICK-UPCommunication with this California NAVIS has been deplorableDr [redacted] only gained an understanding of where her shipment was by google-searching Navis Virginia, who were able to track the shipmentAlso, the PDF file provided by Mr [redacted] , Operations Director, for a [redacted] Shipment for $27.00, was for two items which turned up "missing" when the shipment was actually deliveredEXCUSES EXCUSES EXCUSES! Really a TOTAL refund is in order

This is the response to the referenced shipmentThe items for shipment were picked from the residence in Modesto on July 19, These items were all individually packed and prepared for safe shipment that normally takes 8-days among other shipments at hand The shipment from our location was picked by the National Freight Carrier (YRC) on August 1, The delivery time depending on the destination and route volume is 5-daysThe shipment was prepared to withstand the various local and national loading and unloading All shipments are carried out with the expectation of the arrival by the receiving party to the best of our ability through the YRC and the final white glove delivery by our local Navis partners Every effort was made to meet the customers' expectation with the three parties involvedThere was never a commitment made on the exact time frame of the deliveryOur goal is to always deliver the shipment in a safe and timely manner barring situation which are beyond our control I hope this provide you with some comforting thoughts for the whole process involvedWe are a part of the National Franchisee that ended by taking care of the shipment safely at both ends Included are the various emails that were exchanged during the process, pick up record and the items that were picked up from the residence Thanking You, [redacted] Owner

The shipment was prepared to withstand the various local and national loading and unloading.   All shipments are carried out with the expectation of the arrival by the receiving party to the best of our ability through the YRC and the final white glove delivery by our local Navis partners.   Every effort was made to meet the customers' expectation with the three parties involved. There was never a commitment made on the exact time frame of the delivery. Our goal is to always deliver the shipment in a safe and timely manner barring situation which are beyond our control.   I hope this provide you with some comforting thoughts for the whole process involved.
