Review: Continental Export Ltd is a metal scrap export company registered under EIN # [redacted] in Lancaster Pennsylvania .

We approached M/s : Navish Bronx Recycling Inc. Bronx, NY, in need of their product (Sealed Units and Electric Motors). The company agreed to sell us just that, they charged an advance payment, in order to start loading and exporting this material. Once the material was loaded and the container was ready to ship out a, weight slip needs to be provided as a receipt of the materials and the amount of materials being purchased.

Since it takes at least 6-7 weeks for the containers to reach their destination we decided to purchase more material from Navish recycling; foolishly believing that the material he had sold us was what he had described and clearly mentioned in their final invoice . When the containers arrived in Pakistan, Continental exports was made aware that the containers were short of 6,616. Pounds (3000 Kg). Instead of receiving electric motors the container contained Iron attachments, which were no use to us and were put in place to fake the weighed material. We were given 19,523 pounds of unusable iron instead of Electric Motors which caused other Import taxes and duties (Details of Calculation can be provided). This resulted in an immediate loss of $12926.18. Not only was the material short, but the material that Continental Exports bought was not what was agreed upon. Continental exports bought sealed unit and Electric Motors , Navish Bronx Recycling Inc sent partially non-refineable material, and the rest consisted of small pieces of iron (Photos can be provided) . This is further explained in greater details on the papers attached to this form. We tried to resolve this matter through claim, which were blatantly disregarded by Navish Bronx Recycling Inc.

So continental exports decided to investigate how the weight could have been so low. We decided to contact with Hunts Point Scale Corp, this weight scale company was responsible for final weight calculation of the container to be exported. As we compared the hunts point scale weight slip to that which Navish recycling had provided us we immediately found that the weight slip had been forged by Navish Bronx Recycling Inc in Gross weight . With this form I have sent all correspondence and evidence we have collected over the past month, including edited and original weight slip; and all emails exchanged with Navish recycling. If there is anything else we can do to resolve this manner do not hesitate to call.Desired Settlement: We would like Navish recycling to refund us the money which was wrongfully obtained and that they are held accountable for their depict. We are not the first company that has obtained a great loss of monetary and trust value, after investigating others who Navish recycling has deceived we believe we will definitely not be the last
