I ordered a product off the companies website . When I received the product (4 identical long sleeved shirts) the length of sleeves were not long sleeved at all ( product I received are 3/4 sleeved high above the wrist ). emailed the sites customer service ***@outlook.com. I inquired for a prepaid return label and refund since the product was not as advertised , or defective. Per the return/refund policy, the company will provide return shipping and full refund for defective products. I was emailed back by representative *** . We exchanged about 5 emails . She told me “none of the other customers complained”, “some peoples arms are longer or shorter “, “we dont have access to make prepaid labels”, “order a bigger size”. It is about $10 for me to ship the shirts back by the post office without promise of a refund . The return address I recieved the product from was an Amazon fullfillment warehouse in Kentucky, yet the customer return warehouse is located in Las Vegas Nevada, and the sites address is listed in California which seems to be an auto parts warehouse . There is no other contact information besides “***” .
