[redacted] [redacted] [redacted] RE: Refund Or Exchange Issues We are writing in response to the above consumer complaint from Ms*** Benton, which was forwarded by your officeAlthough we do not agree with the substance of MsBenton’s complaints, we have canceled her program and all services with our companyIn about September 2016, Ms [redacted] contracted with our company to provide document preparation services in connection with federal student loans programs offered by the U.SDepartment of EducationBased on her agreement, Navloan completed all of the agreed services and prepared the applications required for Ms [redacted] to participate on the DOE’s loan consolidation program and to be eligible for the benefits for DOE’s income based loan programThe documents requested by Ms [redacted] were forwarded to her place of residence via USPS on October 4th, (tracking number: [redacted] )These documents have since been confirmed as delivered on October 8th, In return for these services, Ms [redacted] agreed to pay an initial document preparation fee and a monthly fee for the company’s ongoing monthly services As of the date the complaint was received from your office, Ms [redacted] had paid all fees for the services rendered by the companyAt this time MsBenton’s account will be closed and no more attempts for billing will occurWe wish Ms [redacted] the very bestThank you for your assistance in this matterNavLoan, Inc

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[The representatives at NavLoan ferverently advertised this service would completely cancel my student loans. According to the department of education this is not possible and a gross misrepresentation. Also it was noticed by the federal servicer that Navloan submitted the documents to that there were incorrect information on the application. These errors were found to be in similar style of other applications submitted by navloan. It didn't match the tax documents I submitted. The services rendered were not complete as the federal services had to redo the application as they could not be properly processed with the information provided. I would still like a refund.]
