Navy Auto Transport made my car buying experience a terrible oneFor starters, they quoted me a price that increased by 20% once it was time for pickupThey charged my card prior to my vehicle being delivered which was against contract details and their infamous slogan that is repeated throughout your hold time on the phone " At Navy Auto, no deposit is required and you don't pay until your car is delivered"They refused to refund my money back and they told me I would not get my car if I didn't pay the driver $when I was only required to pay $When I got my car, the window was down and the inside was FILTHY from being driven miles and dirt and debris flying in the insideThe customer service from *** and *** was unacceptableI wonder how they even are employedFrom lying to yelling at me over the phone, I felt completely offended by their communications with meI will make sure everyone I encounter knows what a terrible experience I had with Navy AutoThe " Navy" in their name must speak about the color blue because it clearly does not personify the armed forces branch that is looked upon as organized, promising and overall American!
