I am rejecting this response because: the boots where not damaged when they where dropped off at his shopIf he took a picture have him to produce the photo with the time and date stampIf a company damage your property while it is in their possession they are liable for that damageHe is stating that he is aggravated, how do you think I feel to have something damaged by someone else and they do not own the responsibility

brought to my store.2. "the left boot was damaged on the toe and both boots are terribly wrinkled across the top." Untrue, shoes are poorly designed, and manufactured that plastic toe protector does not cover thoroughly for the left side. It created buble effect. took a picture prior to the shoe repair, that it seems to me the same.As you can see that her claimed is baseless, unfound merit, and definitely do not appreciate for unnecessary aggravation. Review: On February 1, 2014 I requesed that Navy Yard Cleans and Shoe Repair shop repair a pair of 2-year old black wing-tipped shoes (half soles and heels). I paid a $20 deposit against the charges of $55.55 Stub #[redacted]). I was by the manager that they very very expensive shoes and that t was a good investment. The tops of the shoes show no wear. The shoes were to be ready March1, They could not find them. They asked me to return in a week and sill did not find them. I informed them that I was upset about the way they had handled the situation and that they should refund my $20 deposit and the fair value of the shoes they have lost. I was basically out off by being told that the matter would need to be discussed with his accountant and he needed to file an insurance claim. This is insulting to me as a customer. IThis was not a car accident. It involed a pair of shoes. I was asked to return March 22. The shoe manager was not present. Only the shoemakers. The cleaning staff brought me my cleaning and disappeared. I have been weekly, loyal customer of this establishment paying for a substantial amount of services every week. IDuring each visit, I repeatedly provided th shop details of the shoes, my name, and number. It appears I have been ignored with hope I woould give up. I will not. I want at minimum, my deposit returned and reimbursed for the value of the shoes. I have stopped using their laundry service until this issue is resolved.Desired Settlement: Store owner needs to reimburse me for the deposit and the fair market value of the shoes in cash. A refund in shop services in not acceptable giving the fashion they have treated me.
